Prioritize your health and get the information you need to select the best health coverage for yourself and your loved ones. Upcoming fall enrollments include:
As part of an ongoing commitment to provide UCC employees and churches with greater service and value, open enrollment for the UCC Dental Plan is available October 1-through November 15 for plan coverage beginning January 1, 2025. Taking good care of your oral health impacts your overall health. With our plan, participants are eligible for two cleanings and oral exams at no cost, along with services such as x-rays, extractions, and treatment of gums where the Plan pays the majority of the cost.
Open enrollment for the UCC Medicare Advantage Plan is October 1 through November 15 for coverage beginning January 1, 2025. Retired UCC clergy and lay employees enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B are eligible to enroll in coverage without medical underwriting.
To apply, please complete the UCC Medicare Advantage Plan enrollment application. Coverage for current plan participants will continue and no re-enrollment is needed. Learn more about the UCC Medicare Advantage Plan benefits here.
Planning for future medical costs may not be an exact science, but leveraging the UCC Flexible Benefit Plan can ensure you have the means to cover future qualified medical and childcare-related expenses.
Enrollment for the UCC Flexible Benefit Plan, also known as the Flexible Spending Account, or FSA, will begin in November for the 2025 plan year. Contributions to an FSA are made with pre-tax dollars lowering your taxable income, and spending pre-tax dollars also reduces the amount you would spend for your out-of-pocket expenses. Learn more here.
Participants in the basic UCC Life Insurance and Disability Income Benefits Plan (LIDI) have an opportunity by November 30 to increase life insurance coverage for themselves and/or their dependents for the 2024 plan year. Learn more here.
